Every project begins with comprehensive sportswear tech pack development. Our design engineering team reviews your sketches, blueprints, and material specifications. We digitize and grade your custom patterns across all size ranges to establish perfect fits before cutting a single yard of fabric.
Once the digital blueprint is locked, we construct a physical clothing sample prototype. We source your requested premium fabrics—ranging from high-performance spandex blends to heavyweight fleece—and apply your custom printing or embroidery. This prototype allows you to verify the drape, fit, and texture before mass assembly.
Upon your sample approval, your order advances to our automated bulk apparel production line. Raw fabric rolls undergo automated panel cutting (including cut & sew or sublimation printing paths), followed by reinforced multi-needle flatlock or overlock assembly by our master technicians.
We enforce absolute precision via our strict garment quality control inspection protocols. Every finished uniform, hoodie, and activewear piece is vetted for dimensional accuracy, seam burst strength, and clean thread trimming to guarantee your inventory matches retail-grade luxury standards.
