Measurement guide
Use a soft measuring tape held flush against the body without compression. All dimensions below are body measurements — final garment ease is added at pattern stage according to fit intent.
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape parallel to the floor.
Measure around the natural waistline one inch above the belly button.
From the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the desired hem.
Measure 1 cm above the ears and eyebrows, level around the head.
Translating a base sample size (typically a Medium) into a full retail collection requires precise mathematical scaling, known as size grading. Once your base prototype is approved, our digital pattern software seamlessly scales your garment up to 3XL or down to XS. This ensures that the structural integrity, logo placement, and silhouette remain perfectly balanced across your entire sportswear manufacturing size guide.

We cater to a diverse global market. If your brand requires standard sizing, our engineering team can provide industry-standard US, EU, or UK clothing size charts as a foundational template.
However, if you are launching a bespoke collection—such as an oversized heavyweight streetwear hoodie or an ultra-compression gym legging—we follow the exact measurements provided in your tech pack. You dictate the exact chest width, drop-shoulder slope, and inseam length, ensuring your OEM clothing size chart perfectly reflects your target demographic.
Yes! Our 50-piece MOQ is highly flexible. For a single design and colorway, you can split those 50 units across standard retail sizes (for example: 10 Small, 20 Medium, 15 Large, and 5 X-Large).
If you do not have a custom tech pack, you can simply mail us a physical sample of a garment whose fit you love. Our pattern makers will reverse-engineer the dimensions and create a custom size grading chart based on that exact fit.
Absolutely. Because every garment is cut and sewn from scratch in our Sialkot facility, we can manufacture extended sizes (up to 5XL+) or customized “Tall” silhouettes for athletic builds. Just specify the grading rules in your initial inquiry.
